Kids practiced writing all the Telugu alphabetes. They are learning the song "Edesamegina Endukalidina".
Do at Home:
Write all telugu aksharaalu 2 times.
Parents: Please make sure your children bring a notebook, a pencil and an eraser to the class. Encourage your children to participate in Gita Mini Competition.
Feb. 21st:
Kids practiced writing the Telugu alphabetes. They are practing the song "Edesamegina Endukalidina".

Feb. 7th, 2016: Kids worked on recognizing the telugu akshalau. Learned 3 words ending with 'La' and tried to make sentences with those words in Telugu. All children participated and did very well. Chidren practiced a song "Edesamegina"
Do at Home:
Write a to aha 2 times.Read the words from page #60 on the blue Telugu text book. Parents: Please make sure your children bring a notebook, a pencil and an eraser to the class. Encourage your children to participate in Gita Mini Competition.
Jan. 31st, 2016: Kids reviewed all the telugu akshalau. Practiced saying names of body parts in Telugu. All kids participated telling sentences in telugu.
Jan. 17th, 2016: Kids did a good job in singing "Sri Surya Naraya Meluko" song on the stage at Sankranthi celebrations. Thanks to all parents for your support!!!

- we had a quiz on high frequency letters from page #44
- Practied writing 'ka', 'kha', 'ga', 'gha'
- we talked about why and how we do pooja to the God.
- Children learned a "Podupu Katha" in class--"Kita Kita Thalupulu, Kitaru Talupulu, Eppudu thesina chappudu raavu".

- all children participated high frequency letters from page #44
- we talked about Deepavali festival. All children told to class what they did on Deepavali festival.

- We practiced "Kakamma nalupu" song
- all children participated in making words using high frequency letters from page #44
- learned names of body parts in Telugu
- Practied writing 'ma', 'ya'
Parents! Please make sure that your children have a spiral note book, two pencils and crayons in their bags for the class.

- We practiced "Kothi Paata" from page #19 on text book
- Talked about a story "Oorike Thamashaalu Cheyaraadu" from page #25.

Children learned how to greet each other in Telugu (i. Meeru ela vunnaru?; ii.Memu baagunnamu)

Practiced days of the week in Telugu.

Practiced talking in Telugu by asking their names and their parents names (Nee peru Emiti? ; Mee amma peru emiti?)

Learned to say politely when asking elders (such as, saying “Mee peru emiti?” Instead of “Nee peru emiti?”).

Worked on recognition of Telugu aksharamulu and tried to make words. All children participated in making words.
